At SMS sudamérica we are looking for a Digital & Content Marketing Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
· Build upon the company’s 40-year brand
· Plan, create, and optimize engaging content about Information Technology, such as posts and videos, for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
· Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and marketing plans to align with business goals
· Manage executives’ social media accounts
· Respond appropriately to comments, messages, and mentions
2. Content Marketing
· Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, articles, and email campaigns to increase engagement and conversions
· Create images, infographics, shorts, videos, and other marketing media (Canva, Vyond, AI)
· Ensure content is SEO-friendly to drive outreach
· Continuously improve click-through and conversion rates on digital advertising and posts
3. Analytics and Reporting
· Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, including social media engagement, website traffic, email campaigns, and ad results (Hootsuite)
· Identify market trends and insights, and analyze audience behavior to improve strategy and performance
4. IT and Other
· Work closely with other teams, such as sales, customer service, or design, to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals
· Stay informed about IT industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies
· Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed
Requirements.
Availability to work within the PST time zone required.
Advanced or bilingual English Level is a must.
"Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar
Experience in IT companies.
