Descripción del empleo:

Dabrein Solutions will be recruiting Application Support Analyst - Level 2 to join an International Company.

Excellent hiring conditions are offered.

Task:

Provide support to internal users around the world.
Work with many different support teams on a daily basis.
Evaluate incidents and service requests, troubleshoot and resolve them.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (but could also be a student of any engineering or related career)
2 years application support experience
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a global setting.
Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT service management tools is a plus
Certification in ITIL or other relevant change management frameworks is a plus
Advanced spoken and written English is a must
SQL knowledge is required to troubleshoot incidents and build reports
Understand the importance of have a correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
Correct Information Security Management
