Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Sourcer to join our growing consulting team. If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying top talent, and working in a dynamic environment where learning never stops, this is the perfect role for you!

???? What You’ll Do:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.

• Source, engage, and attract candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.

• Conduct initial screenings and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and processes.

???? What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced English (oral and written) – must have.

• Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a strong interest in HR/talent acquisition.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.

• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
