About the Role:As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the design, development, and improvement of their automation and security platform. You’ll work on core backend systems that enable secure app control, automation workflows, and high-scale processing across cloud and on-premise environments. You'll collaborate with a passionate team of engineers, product managers, and designers to build reliable and secure systems that serve enterprise needs.

- Build and maintain backend services, APIs.
- Contribute to system design and architecture discussions with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Implement clean, testable, and well-documented code using modern practices and technologies.
- Collaborate across teams (product, frontend, infrastructure) to ship features that deliver real customer value.
- Proactively identify performance, reliability, or security issues and propose improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and help foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality and security.
- Leverage AI tools to increase productivity.
What We’re Looking ForExperience:
- 3–5 years of experience in backend software development (SaaS or security platforms a plus)
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and secure coding practices
- Experience with AI tooling (e.g. Cursor, GPT, etc.) a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and queuing systems (e.g., SQS, Kafka, PM2)
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed system design
- Experience with Docker or containerized environments
- Knowledge of security concepts like encryption, authentication, and zero-trust is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Note: Intermediate level english proficiency is required; can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment
