Description:
Our client — a fast-growing real estate analytics platform with 180,000+ active users  is helping homebuyers and investors make data-driven decisions through real-time housing insights across the U.S.
 
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer skilled in Next.js, React.js, React Native, and Node.js to improve app performance, speed, and scalability across web and mobile. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and Tech Lead, contributing to architecture, optimization, and user experience.
 
Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack development
• Expertise in Next.js and React.js (SSR, SSG, client-side routing)
• Strong TypeScript skills (generics, interfaces, type inference)
• Experience with Node.js backends (Express.js or NestJS)
• Solid React Native knowledge (navigation, native modules, performance optimization)
• Excellent HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design abilities
• Familiar with Tailwind CSS or Styled Components
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Testing experience (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
• Fluent English communication
• Based in LATAM, available to work in EST time zone
