A U.S.-based, mission-driven fintech is seeking senior engineers with strong Kotlin expertise to help scale its digital lending platform.
The company has already refinanced over $6B in loans and is expanding its fully remote engineering team across LATAM.

Tech Stack: Kotlin (primary), Java/JVM languages, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, service-oriented and event-driven architecture.

What You’ll Do:
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, development, testing, deployment.
• Build and scale APIs powering core products.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and engineering practices.
• Write clean, well-tested code and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first culture.
• Mentor teammates and participate in on-call rotations.

What They’re Looking For
• 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years of production Kotlin.
• Strong JVM background and functional programming concepts.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable APIs.
• Hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Low-ego, ownership-driven, collaborative mindset.
