Document rationale, constraints, and implementation guidance to support consistent adoption.
Integrate Design System artifacts and documentation into a spec-driven development workflow.
Improve design-to-development handoffs by aligning design artifacts, specifications, and implementation.
Use Figma and Figma Make to translate design intent into structured, implementable outputs.
Leverage AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and MCP Servers to accelerate development, documentation, and consistency checks.
Continuously improve workflows that promote reuse, speed, and correctness across teams.
Strong, hands-on experience with Blazor in production environments.
Extensive experience using Telerik Control Libraries, including customization and theming.
Expert-level knowledge of HTML and SCSS, including scalable and maintainable styling systems.
Proven experience building reusable UI components and shared control libraries.
Demonstrated experience building, evolving, or governing a Design System.
Strong understanding of enforcing UX standards and consistency at scale.
Experience translating visual and interaction design from tools like Figma into production-ready UI components.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).
