We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join a long-term digital agriculture initiative based in the U.S.
The team develops a platform that analyzes weather, soil, and field data to help farmers identify potential yield-limiting factors and make data-driven decisions.
This is an opportunity to work on impactful technology within the Agrotech space, combining modern cloud architecture, scalable backend systems, and intuitive web interfaces.
About the Team
You will be part of a large, multidisciplinary engineering organization composed of specialists in web development, backend systems, data analysis, and mobile applications.
Teams are highly collaborative and agile, working together to solve complex technical challenges while taking ownership of different areas of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications deployed on AWS.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, SMEs, and other engineers across the full development lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, deployment).
- Analyze user stories and contribute to sprint estimation and planning.
- Implement features and ensure delivery aligned with sprint goals.
- Write unit tests and contribute to ongoing testing initiatives.
- Support applications following DevSecOps practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement of architecture and deployment workflows.
- Contribute to onboarding new business models into the platform.
Basic Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with modern and legacy systems.
- Strong team collaboration mindset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Technical Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including:
- Amazon RDS
- DynamoDB
- SNS and SQS
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon ECS
- CloudWatch
- CloudFormation
- Experience working with NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Material Design principles.
- Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications.
