We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with extensive knowledge of Business Intelligence, databases, data preparation, data warehousing, and BI technologies.
The role requires a strong technical background in the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, including Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS, as well as experience translating business requirements into technical BI solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Data preparation.
- Data gateway.
- Data warehousing projects.
- 5+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, including:
- 3–4 years of experience with a self-service BI tool such as Power BI.
- Understanding of:
- JavaScript.
- CSS.
- SQL.
- Other JavaScript libraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements within the Business Intelligence context.
- Design data models that transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Create dashboards and visually interactive reports using Power BI.
- Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.
- Analyze data and present it through reports that support business decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Define realistic timelines for completing technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts.
- Perform efficient and detailed data analysis.
- Develop and execute DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
- Create charts and document data, including:
- Algorithms.
- Parameters.
- Models.
- Relationships.
- Conduct data warehouse development.
- Perform SQL querying to obtain optimal results.
- Use filters and graphs to improve data analysis and understanding.
- Define and design new systems by analyzing existing ETL processes.
- Make technical changes to existing BI systems to enhance their functionality and performance.
Work Modality
Hybrid – 1 or 2 days per week at our offices in Parque Patricios.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Language Requirement
Advanced English is mandatory, as all technical interviews will be conducted in English.
