Descripción de la Oferta:

We're looking for an Audience Activation to join our amazing team. We’re looking for someone with the ambition & desire to learn, grow and partner with the best in class. This role is entry level in our Audience Activation practice and will learn to plan and execute paid media campaigns for a host of our Fortune 500 clients.

  • Provide cross-platform support to Media Manager and Supervisory teams, working in DSPs, social platforms, and with 3rd party media vendors leveraging audience targeting

  • Sets up and aids in campaign execution in platform(s): DSPs, Social Platforms, ​with 3rd party media vendors 

  • Daily monitoring of pacing and optimizations (adjusting bids and budgets, pausing, etc.)​

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting (which includes compiling data, file for all performance since launch)​

  • Maintains cross-platform trafficking (creative mgmt)​

  • Tracks billing and processes invoices for assigned platforms​ & partners

  • Learns to make optimization recommendations based on reporting insights and learnings 

  • Learns to recommend new opportunities based on goals and objectives as well as what's working​

  • Understands assigned client audiences, use of audiences across platforms, and looks for new opportunities to leverage​

  • Works as a member of the team, primarily supporting the team on tasks that they delegate to you

  • Building professional relationships and grow knowledge of industry; work with vendors, outside agencies, and other agency disciplines (Account, Insights, Creative, Analytics) in a professional manner

  • Ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Significant Excel experience

  • Be a team player with a positive attitude

  • Have an aptitude for basic mathematical concepts

  • Be passionate about and interested in digital media and online advertising and possess some familiarity with key digital advertising concepts

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to follow through on assigned tasks with minimal supervision while showcasing your can-do attitude and passion for the job

  • Capable of asking good questions, explaining things clearly and succinctly, and actively participating in brainstorms and internal meetings
