AccelOne is a fast-growing software development services outsourcing company headquartered in the U.S. (Seattle area) with offices in Seattle and Las Vegas, NV, and a development center in Buenos Aires, AR. Our company is in need of a smart, nimble, agile leader of tech company operations, be they service or product companies, who is a great communicator who can research, recommend, plan, configure and implement our internal products to accommodate our rapid growth. This leader will also be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and moving forward some of the proprietary products that our company has build for itself internally and which may find a market outside of our company as SaaS products in the future. Your assistance in vetting that possibility through potential user feedback and planning for it is highly desirable.

Project Overview

AccelOne also has embarked upon a new initiative for a well known U.S. based Children’s Hospital. We have developed an application for this national hospital and we have been hired to operate the application once it has been tested and launched. The business of operating an application that we built for a client is a new approach and business model that you will be instrumental in helping to form and figure for our company and is an endeavor that we are very excited about.

Primary responsibilities

• Oversight of company security
• Oversee our organization’s ongoing operations, its reporting structure, processes and procedures
• Configuration of existing internal products to optimize their use and efficiency
• Consideration and vetting of external products which may help our organization
• Workflow analysis and time series planning
• Create Operation KPIs and configure them in our platforms and reporting UIs for the appropriate stakeholders preferences
• Experience leading and communicating with Design and Development Teams
• Become Product Owner of the internal, proprietary SaaS products that we have, and will continue to develop to enhance our deliveries and customer experiences, both internal and external
• Operational oversight of our new AppOpsGroup which will operate certain applications that we build for our clients for a rev share in exchange.
• Develop plans to showcase our software products to outsiders and see the plan through to execution
• Proven Product Owner experience with SaaS products (Certification a Plus)
• Experience with Operations of SaaS Platforms
• Understand the complexities of our sales and marketing team, channels, tools and processes and be the main resource to the leaders of our team that will need a resource to help them to move things forward on the sales and marketing front.

• Professional Degree in technology
• Great understanding across technologies
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experienced with API integrations
• Experience with the operation of Software Products and of special interest SaaS platforms
• Experience providing project management support working as PM / TPM
• MBA appreciated (desired)
• SaaS operations leader (desired)
• Medical / Health app operations leader (desired)
