En Charles Taylor nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Project Support Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, monitor and update project documents, plans and logs to support delivery within time, cost and quality using agreed industry defined standards.
  • Prepare well evidenced reports and utilise project milestones to act as a trigger for the Project Manager, and assist with planning expenditure and monitor of spend.
  • Prepare structured presentations utilising PowerPoint and other mediums to provide information to stakeholders.
  • Arrange, prepare documentation and attend project meetings to record actions/decisions. Take clear minutes in line with guidelines ensuring adherence to confidentiality and publish minutes in a timely manner.
  • Document action items and tasks resulting from said meetings, log them and verify the task is assigned and performed in a timely manner.
  • Manage information in line with governance processes maintaining an overview of emerging issues.
  • Assist with undertaking post implementation reviews on delivered projects, documenting a full review of the success or otherwise of an implemented change. Present findings in an accurate manner, clearly defining recommendations to decision board to ensure lessons are learnt.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans.
  • Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.
  • Set up and maintain systems for recording project costs.
  • Define and document procedures in accordance with agreed delivery methodology
  • Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards.
  • Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
  • Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams.
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Project Manager.
  • You will log, manage and analyse information on the progress of the project, using Excel and other bespoke databases such as Jira, Dynamics 365 & BI reports.
