The Role 

Manage the work group, policies and procedures focused on the processes of design and implementation of solutions, functional consulting and pre-sales technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage service processes 

  • Supervise the work team 

  • Align and manage strategic, business and technology requirements 

  • Determine service requirements 

  • Improve the quality of services by evaluating and improving processes, as well as managing changes 

  • Manage the development of the assigned work team 

Required Skills 

  • Formal education: University graduate of computer science or related careers. 


  • Technical Experience in: 

  • Project control and risk management 

  • Knowledge of good market practices CMMI, ITIL 

  • Evaluation and portfolio management of systems projects 


  • Skills: 

  • Leadership 

  • Decision making 

  • Excellent presentation 

  • Focused on results 

  • Frustration tolerance 

  • Ability to work under pressure and strong stress 

  • Wide availability of hours 

  • Have ease of expression and verbal fluency 

  • Capacity for teamwork
