As a Salesforce Developer, you would work in a dynamic and collaborative environment to design, develop and deliver customized solutions for your clients. In this hands-on role, you will become an expert on the Salesforce Platform and association applications. In addition, you will provide demos of developed solutions to key client stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Lastly, you will provide troubleshooting and bug resolution support, as well as manage project risks in collaboration with your project team.
Required Skills & Experience:
Basic programming experience, including one of the following:
Degree or is currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or a related major
Experience with at least one common development languages (Java or C# or C/C++ or Python or JavaScript). This experience can come from prior work experience or this experience can come from self-guided learning (for example, online courses)
Advanced English skills
Passionate about learning new technical skills and technology platforms
Exemplary verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for finding improvements and creatively solving problems
Strong time management skills, including ability to work autonomously, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Nice to have Skills & Experience:
Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and common data structures
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SQL
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, etc.
Experience using version control (Github)
Experience in product, UX, or UI design
