Business Analyst - Insurance Billing and Collection

CT InsureTech is looking for a Business Analysts and Consultants with deep experience in insurance transformation to join our growing team in Mexico City.

The key focus of this position will be to interview business customers, understand business processes, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.


This position will involve working on Billing and Collection (collection, Billing, Accounting, Reserves, Payments) implementation projects across the LATAM region, underpinned by Fadata’s market-leading INSIS platform.


The candidates must have detailed functional knowledge of at least three core areas within insurance operations: products, claims/underwriting, reinsurance/coinsurance, billing and collections, and process modelling.


Key Responsibilities


• Insurance business: Collection, Billing, Payments (claims, suppliers, reinsurers, broker commissions), Accounting transactions and Reservations

• Desirable: knowledge about the entire life cycle of the policy, claims, reinsurance and commissions


• Software life cycle (from analysis and design to commissioning)


Required Skills

• Database knowledge (PL / SQL)

• Knowledge about UML

• Personal abilities

• Good communication skills

• Customer Service

• Team collaboration

• Effective in conflict resolution

• Negotiation techniques
