CT InsureTech is looking for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst.


Key Responsibilities


• Support new and existing sales efforts via business functional & technical discovery

• Uncover details of prospect or customer business challenges and support sales in client facing sessions

• Create and tailor presentations to articulate and demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions

• Demonstrate our products, specifically addressing the prospects or customers business challenges

• Provide input to appropriate sections of requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFI)

• Complete the business analysis and technical component of a sales proposal with case studies and facts. including collateral, demonstrations, quotation, timeline, project plan and the solution proposal.

• Liaise with delivery, cloud services and any other relevant delivery areas of the business in order to collate estimates for proposals, RFPs and RFIs

• Identify and prioritise functionality gaps specific to prospects and customers, initiate the process to identify the viability of addressing these or help define appropriate workaround solutions to ensure prospect and customer expectations are managed appropriately

• Deliver proof of concept pieces with product and delivery teams where required

• Share market feedback and support collateral creation with Product Marketing

• Understand customer challenges and work with cross-functional teams to find ways to improve our offerings and drive high-quality products.

• Clarify complicated technical concerns to non-technical individuals where required

• Assist sales team in any other phase of the selling process where required.

• Assist in post-sales support if required

• Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting efforts as necessary to create sustainable growth.


Required Skills


• Strong client presentation skills both in terms of supporting collateral and delivery

• Fluency in English and other portugues a definite plus.

• Proven ability to manage client interactions and expectations

• Proven ability to explain technical content to a non-technical audience across multiple levels of seniority from technical teams to C-suite.

• Proactive, with a natural drive for business goals

• Experience in the Insurance industry is also beneficial.
