Enterprise Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and fluent in English Enterprise Support Engineer for an important Fintech.

What you will be doing
-Help customers and vendors by researching & troubleshooting software or hardware issues
-Assist in managing vendor relationships, problem resolution, and maintenance of applications
-Work with development engineers and business stakeholders to recommend and resolve issues
-Provides accurate & timely updates on issues relating to incident management and support
-Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
-Ensure issues and troubleshooting steps are properly logged
-Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
-Work to improve system resilience, including both failover and disaster recovery capabilities
-Implement automated support processes
-Implement and monitor mitigating controls such as alerts 

What you should have
*3 years’ experience in .Net application support in production environments
*SQL queries writing skills – intermediate
*Problem solving skills
*Financial application support – desirable
