The Role

Tester Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and role model the Charles Taylor six Values by ensuring a Supportive Environment, upholding Excellence in People, focusing on Partnership with Clients, delivering High quality Work, promoting Group-wide Entrepreneurship and having an Appetite for Change.
• Analyse business requirements/user stories and provide inputs.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data.
• Review test cases created by other testers.
• Review test plans.
• Execute test cases.
• Analyse test results and track testing metrics.
• Record and track bugs resolutions.
• Automate test cases.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in Insurance industry
• Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language
• Proficiency in written/reading English
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile framework
