En Charles Taylor nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un DBA SQL Server Sr, con inglés avanzado, para participar en importantes proyectos de la compañía regionales. Ad Hoc Duties • Configure and maintain the global estate of SQL Server instances to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. • Design, implement and maintain database backup and HADR solutions • Performance tuning, both to resolve production issues and to assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement. • Automate database support activities • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents • Support development, test and project teams in fulfilling project commitments • Perform scheduled maintenance and support deployment activities both during and after hours Person Specification Required • Experience administering SQL server 2008 – 2019, Azure SQL Database, Managed Instances • Performance tuning • Administering, deploying and troubleshooting SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, MDS, PowerBI • Experience configuring and maintaining HADR, Data replication, Logshipping, etc. • Solid understanding of other IT, i.e. Active directory, networking principles, Windows Server, etc. • Experience with monitoring, diagnostic tools i.e. Nagios, RedGate • Good critical thinking skills • Proactive and inquisitive attitude to work • Excellent written and verbal communication • Degree level educated or equivalent qualifications or experience
