Charles Taylor Insuretech is looking for a new talent: ETL Technical Leader


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the technical team in needs of ETLs, reports and printables and cloud architecture
  • Generate a results-oriented work culture.
  • Facilitate professional development of resources.
  • Foster strategic alliances for the extension of capacities.


Required Skills


  • Experience in technical leadership of work teams.
  • Extensive experience in executing data-oriented projects (integration, migration, regulatory reports)
  • Resource management skills (balancing capacity, design of training programs, comprehensive administration).
  • Knowledge of Insurance industry (ideal).
  • Proven ability to complete regional / global implementations.
  • Experience in the use of ETL tools (DataStage, PowerCenter Computing, SSIS, Pentaho, Talend).
  • Experience with CDC (change data capture) and scheduling tools (orchestrators: ControlM, Autosys, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (any platform).
  • Knowledge of analytics-oriented languages ​​(Python, R).
  • Strong knowledge of BI & Analytics (Datawarehousing, MIS and Corporate Reporting, predictive models).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
