Charles Taylor Insuretech is looking for a new talent: ETL Technical Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical team in needs of ETLs, reports and printables and cloud architecture
- Generate a results-oriented work culture.
- Facilitate professional development of resources.
- Foster strategic alliances for the extension of capacities.
Required Skills
- Experience in technical leadership of work teams.
- Extensive experience in executing data-oriented projects (integration, migration, regulatory reports)
- Resource management skills (balancing capacity, design of training programs, comprehensive administration).
- Knowledge of Insurance industry (ideal).
- Proven ability to complete regional / global implementations.
- Experience in the use of ETL tools (DataStage, PowerCenter Computing, SSIS, Pentaho, Talend).
- Experience with CDC (change data capture) and scheduling tools (orchestrators: ControlM, Autosys, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (any platform).
- Knowledge of analytics-oriented languages (Python, R).
- Strong knowledge of BI & Analytics (Datawarehousing, MIS and Corporate Reporting, predictive models).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
