The QA Lead Sr will be responsible for the team, the customer relation and the success of the QA participation within the project. Will be required to lead the analysis of project requirements, explain the functionality to other QA team members and review the creation of the testing matrix. Will require to understand which data needs to be input to the process, how to execute the process and to gather required evidence and understand failures and accurately pinpoint if are development defects, undefined functional scenarios or data issue. Also, will be responsible for ensuring the tracking tools provided by the customer are correctly fulfilled and the metrics are correctly presented to the customer and successfully manage the communication between the QA team members and the DEV team members.



Required Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Industry knowledge is desirable.
  • English knowledge is desirable.
  • Scrum/Agile framework.
  • ALM tool or related.
  • ServiceNow or related ticketing tools.
  • Jira / Confluence applications.
  • GitHub / Jenkins / RLM / BitBucket tools.
  • More than 5 years working with SQL ANSI.
  • knowledge of Linux/Unix system.
  • More than 5 year working with different databases engines like Teradata, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
  • of DataWarehouse / DataMarts / DataLake.
  • Experience working with test cases automation is desirable.
  • Expereince working with orchestration tools like Autosys, Control-M, Control Center, etc.
  • Experience managing teams.
