We are looking for a versatile Salesforce Technical Architect Sr. to join a growing company in the USA.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll be the visionary behind our Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will shape architecture, design, and implementation, driving impactful outcomes for our clients.
This role is considered part of the Business Unit Leadership team and may mentor Junior Architects and/or development team members.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in designing solutions for Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service Lightning
- Be part of the pre-sales process by assessing the customers’ needs and pain points
- Go through discovery calls with customers to gather requirements
- Write well-structured scopes of work with timelines and estimated levels of effort
- Architecture Development: Develop architectural designs and technical documentation outlining the Salesforce solution components, including data model, integrations, workflows, and customizations
- Technical Leadership: Lead and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, mentoring developers on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architecture
- Integration Management: Collaborate with Integration Architects to design and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems like ERP and marketing automation, ensuring seamless data flow, integrity, and security
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test strategies, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
- Quick Learner: Stay abreast of Salesforce innovations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of programming experience with Salesforce
- At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks
- Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint
- Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies
- Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
- Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
- Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
