Salesforce Project Manager

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join a growing company in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project management, including requirement gathering, planning, and execution. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to align project goals. Lead meetings, presentations, and project reviews
• Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, fostering collaboration for smooth execution
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource usage, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions that exceed client expectations, providing regular status updates and reports

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce implementations
• Proven success in delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (required)
• PMP or Agile certification (preferred)
• Expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integrations
• Strong skills in Agile/Scrum and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
