About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to shape the future of our platform. You will build new features, optimize performance, and ensure seamless user experiences across devices. Working primarily with React, Node.js/Express.js, and PostgreSQL, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and User Experience departments. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our solutions within the education sector and impacting thousands of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and enhance core platform features
- Ensure top performance across all devices
- Align with cross-functional teams on product goals
- Integrate APIs to expand platform capabilities
- Analyze and optimize performance and scalability
- Follow best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and ability to explain complex concepts
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Creative problem-solving and efficient solution delivery
- Excellent organizational skills and accountability
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with education sector platforms or scheduling systems
- Collaboration with product, sales, and customer service teams
