Functional Analyst

• Charles Taylor InsureTech is looking to hire Functional Analyst to join the professional services department in order to fulfill clients requests

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and role model the Charles Taylor six Values by ensuring a Supportive Environment, upholding Excellence in People, focusing on Partnership with Clients, delivering High quality Work, promoting Group-wide Entrepreneurship and having an Appetite for Change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Work with development and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure the final product aligns with business objectives and requirements.
• Maintain roadmaps and contribute to project planning and monitoring for timely solution delivery.
• Develop, structure, and organize internal project documentation.

Required Skills

Knowledge of agile methodologies

Strong interpersonal skills for problem-solving, attention to detail, and project follow-up

Intermediate SQL knowledge

Proactive mindset

More than 3 years of experience in similar roles

Strong English-speaking skills (used daily), B2+ level
