About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Oracle CPQ Commerce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on
experience to join our dynamic IT and digital transformation team. In this role, you will play a key
part in designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle CPQ Commerce solutions that streamline
our configure-price-quote (CPQ) processes, enhance sales efficiency, and deliver seamless
customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and integration teams to
implement robust CPQ workflows that support complex product configurations, dynamic pricing,
and automated quoting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys both
configuration and light-to-moderate customization work in a cloud-native environment. The
position is open to candidates based in the United States or nearshore Latin America, with the
expectation of strong collaboration across U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain Oracle CPQ Commerce solutions, including commerce
processes, transaction flows, and guided selling experiences.
● Develop and optimize configuration models to support complex product catalogs, pricing
rules, and quote generation.
● Create and customize professional quote and proposal documents using Oracle CPQ
Document Designer.
● Manage and leverage CPQ Data Tables for product data, pricing, and business rules
maintenance.
● Perform integrations within the Oracle CPQ platform as well as with external systems
(CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms, or middleware).
● Customize CPQ user experience (UX) and implement advanced functionality using
JavaScript and other approved scripting methods.
● Troubleshoot, test, and optimize CPQ performance, ensuring high availability, scalability,
and compliance with business requirements.
● Participate in requirements gathering, solution design workshops, user acceptance
testing, and post-go-live support.
● Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations to support knowledge
transfer and future maintenance.
● Stay current with Oracle CPQ product updates, best practices, and new Commerce
features.

Required Qualifications
● 3–5 years of professional experience working with Oracle CPQ Cloud, with
demonstrated expertise in Oracle CPQ Commerce processes and functionality.
● Proven ability to configure and support end-to-end CPQ Commerce solutions in a
production environment.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business
requirements into technical CPQ configurations.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with
cross-functional teams (sales, product management, IT).
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related
field (or equivalent experience).
● Authorized to work in the United States or the applicable nearshore Latin American
country.
Preferred (Desired but Not Required) Skills
● Hands-on experience with any of the following Oracle CPQ capabilities:
● Integration within CPQ and with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce,
Oracle CX, ERP, or middleware).
● Advanced Configuration Models and rule-based pricing logic.
● Document Designer for dynamic quote/proposal generation.
● CPQ Data Tables management and data modeling.
● CPQ UX Customization.
● JavaScript customization (and familiarity with BML scripting).
● Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or other industries with complex configurable
products.
● Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, or CI/CD for CPQ deployments.
● Oracle CPQ certification(s) or equivalent cloud platform credentials.
